The slide of the Sellwood Bridge truss span ended at about 9:30 p.m. on January 19, 2013, after the span completed its journey north to set up the detour bridge. The western end of the span travelled 66 feet while the eastern end moved 33 feet, due to the new alignment. The contractor team then lowered the span onto the detour bridge bearings.
